I am thinking of changing current job. it's been 3years now.

I feel kind of exhausted and sick and tired of this job, but it is very comfortable because i know everything for the works and well balanced relationship with co-worker and team manager.

By the way, the problem is the money. I don't think i do get paid well, just making a living.

Today is a pay day, however, it doesn't make me feel happy because the money will pass though and be reset to zero.

For a raise of salary, i should change my job. i need to go bigger company where i can learn further and improve myself.

It is much harder to get a new job. Applicants are highly competitve in recent.

For the difference, i need to do something specialized on which nobody doesn't have. What could that be?

I might go somewhere else on a day like perfect weather and ponder what my life is going to be like...

If decided, i will do step foot on it and run to pull off my goal.
