2015년 12월 6일 오전 9시 30분 토익 스피킹 시험에 대한 총평을 시작하겠습니다.
Part 1. Read a text aloud
Q1. Announcement
1. L 발음 – lane, line

4. 비슷한 자음이 나란히 올 경우 뒤의 자음만 발음

Part 2. Describe a picture
Q3.
① 실내에서 찍힌 사진

⑤ 배경 설명
1. 장소 - This picture was taken indoors.
2. 주인공 - The first thing I see is three women looking at a document and having a conversation.
3. 주인공의 동작 – 옷과 인상착의 묘사
On the right side of the picture, a woman is reading the document. She is wearing a black jacket and has long black hair. In the middle of the picture, a woman is pointing at something on the paper with a smile. She is in a purple cardigan. Also, I can see a woman who is holding a newspaper in her hand.
4. 배경 설명- On the left side of the picture, there is another woman walking into the room. She is wearing a pink jacket and a skirt. In the background of the picture, I can see many kitchen facilities such as cupboards, and counters.
5. 마무리 - Generally, it seems like the people are busy and serious.
Part 3. Respond to questions
Q4. 최근의 경험
The last time I drove to the train station was last weekend. It took about five minutes to get there.
Q5. 선호도
The rail companies should provide discount for customers who use the train every day. It can be a good advertisement and more people will use the train to save their money.
Q6. Opinion
I would sign up getting text messages on my mobile phone about train delays. First, it will help me save my time because I don’t have to waste my time at the station to wait for the delayed train. Also, if I get the information of train delays, I can use other transportation and be on time.
Part 4. Respond to questions using information provided.

There are two sessions.
The first session is (일정) and it will be held from 9 AM to 10:30 AM.
The second session is (일정) and it will take place from 4 PM to 5 PM.
Part 5. Propose a solution
전화 메시지를 통해 상대방이 가지고 있는 문제점을 요약하고 그에 대한 해결방안을 제시.
(첫인사)Hello. (받는 사람). This is 내 이름, (the position). I want to tell you about the problem from our meeting.
(상황 설명 및 문제점) According to your message, I understand that we are thinking about how to attract the customers to our movie theater. Since a new movie theater opened, the number of customers has decreased so much even though our ticket price is lower.
(해결책) To solve the problem, I suggest that we should conduct a survey of commuters and students. From the survey, we will be able to figure out what they want for our movie theater and remodeling the theater might be a good way to attract the customers as well.
Second, we should hold the promoting event more often. I am sure it will be better than lower price tickets. For example, we can hold signing event with celebrities or free popcorn and beverage events.

Part 6. Express an opinion
Preference
1. 창의력은 타고나는 것이다.
2. 기본적으로 내재된 창의력이 있어야 교육도 가능하다.
(서론) I agree that creativity cannot be taught. (문제에 제시된 topic). There are some reasons to support my opinion.
(본론) First, creativity is natural ability. According to recent studies, creativity is natural ability, not nurtured ability. For example, there are so many good artists in the world. Some of them are gifted people who possess abilities that cannot be taught. Second, it seems like creativity can be taught but it is possible when someone basically have natural creativity. In case of students who are interested in art, they go to an art school to improve their ability. It seems like the school teaches them creativity but students are already creative. In other words, the art school education only inspires and harnesses their ability such as creativity.
(결론) For these reasons, I believe that…… (서론)
